Products and pricing
We do our best to display products and prices accurately, but errors happen. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel an order placed at an incorrect price, in which case you will be refunded in full. Product photos are representative; small variations in color or finish are possible.
Availability
All orders are subject to product availability. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will notify you and refund that item in full.
Orders and payment
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept that offer when we dispatch the item. Payment is taken at checkout through our payment provider; we do not store your full card details on our servers.
Product use and pet safety
Our products are intended for use by pets under owner supervision. No toy or accessory is indestructible. Please inspect items regularly for wear and remove anything that has been damaged or chewed apart. Nothing sold here is a medical product or a substitute for veterinary advice — if your animal is unwell, talk to your vet.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a product or this site is limited to the amount you paid for the item in question.

The Bella Pets name, logo, site design and written content are our property and may not be reproduced without permission.
