Named after a very good girl
Bella Pets is a small, independent pet supply shop. We are not a warehouse trying to stock everything — we are a short, considered list of the things that actually earn a place in your home.
How we pick what we sell
Every product we list has to clear three questions. Would it hold up to a determined chewer or a cat who treats furniture as a personal challenge? Is it easy to clean, because everything a pet touches eventually needs cleaning? And is it priced honestly for what it is?
If a product cannot clear all three, it does not go on the site. That is why our catalog is deliberately short and grows slowly.
Where we ship from
We are based in the Chicago area and ship to customers across the United States. Orders are packed and dispatched through our supplier network, which keeps our prices lower than a traditional retail markup would allow.
Talk to us
Questions about a product, an order, or whether something will fit your pet? Email us and a real person will answer. We would rather talk you out of the wrong product than process a return.
