Where we ship
We ship to all 50 US states, including PO boxes and APO/FPO addresses. We do not ship internationally at this time.
Shipping cost
Standard shipping is free on every order, with no minimum purchase.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days of payment. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, and a second email with tracking once it ships.
Delivery time
We stock through US-based fulfillment partners, so most orders arrive in 3 to 7 business days after dispatch. Total time from order to doorstep is usually 4 to 9 business days.
Occasionally an item in your order ships from a separate facility and arrives on a different day. This is normal and does not mean part of your order is missing — you will have tracking for each package.
Tracking
Tracking numbers are emailed as soon as they are available, usually within 48 hours of dispatch. If your tracking has not updated after 5 business days, email us and we will chase it with the carrier.
Delayed or lost packages
If your order has not arrived within 15 business days of dispatch, contact us and we will either reship it or refund you in full. We do not ask you to wait longer than that.
Wrong address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot an error, email us within 12 hours of ordering and we will correct it if the order has not yet been dispatched. We cannot reroute a package once it is in transit.
